I’m not your typical leadership coach. I bring over 35 years of experience leading organisations and pioneering community projects. That experience in leadership means that I bring authenticity, calm confidence, clear purpose, a passion for healthy teams and a practical focus to every conversation. I’m an unusual consultant because of my church background and experience, which means that I can be a trusted advisor, helping leaders to discover the purpose that drives them, freeing them up to build successful teams with authenticity and courage.

I have built strong staff and volunteer teams to action strategies and programs across churches, charities and schools in London, Oxfordshire and East Anglia and Overseas, establishing innovative youth projects, supporting the development of a new school and planting or growing churches.

Through out that time I have been involved in Leadership Coaching and Team Development and currently support a number of individuals, and their teams, in different leadership positions in the business world and charity sector.

As an Anglican priest, who has worked in a parish and as a school and police chaplain, I have also journeyed with people through some of the best and worst times of life.
